With more than 23 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry, the 48 year-old business tycoon has been the driving force in the ranks of strategic business plans and expansion of the company that along with Mr. Rajesh Mahajan was found in 2000.
Under the leadership of Mr. Ranchal, the company has commissioned a World Class Dedicated Beta Lactam Formulation Facility for the evergreen markets of USA, Europe, Australia, Canada, etc.
Mr. Ranchal is equipped with a Bachelors Degree in Microbiology and a Post Graduation Diploma in Food & Microbial Technology.

Rajesh Mahajan, a first generation entrepreneur, is co-founder of our company. He is equipped with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and has done MBA in marketing.With over 16 years of experience in pharmaceuticals industry while being associated with Brooks, he has led Brooks Laboratories to achieving accelerated growth in formulation business. He looks after the daily affairs of the plants of Brooks Laboratories and jointly responsible for planning of new projects and developments.
